Reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, the Business Development Executive will be a key player in the development of new revenue opportunities from a combination of self-generated and marketing qualified leads

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to develop additional sources of income, promoting and cross selling a wide variety of Sodexo Engage Products as well as additional services from a large network of trusted 3rd party suppliers


Ideally, you will be a new business specialist who is looking to develop your career with the leading light in the Benefits and Rewards industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced hunter who will work through the full sales cycle showing tenacity and professionalism, delivering results aligned to individual and team targets/KPI’s.

We expect the ideal candidate to possess the following experience and skills:
  • A strong and demonstrable track record in new business opportunity creation
  • Hunter who is self-motivated
  • Previous telesales, telemarketing experience
  • A proven track record in overachieving prospecting targets
  • Strong business acumen
  • Target focused/client orientated
  • Driven, leads by example
  • Proactive and positive
  • Team player, ability to build and manage senior relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Experience of utilising Salesforce
  • Benefit, Reward and Recognition Industry experience or similar
