As Campaign Manager, you’ll own the implementation and delivery of strategic account campaigns via the programme platforms and supporting initiatives including; coordination of supporting internal teams, 3rd party management, timely execution of agreed campaigns, work scheduling, campaign reviews.

You will be responsible for:

  • Client relationship management – ensuring that we reflect the client’s business, programme objectives and drive innovation
  • The creation, implementation, and review of engaging campaigns
  • Create innovative and appealing content for web pages from creative templates
  • Internal and 3rd Party relationship management
  • Take ownership of core functions by organizing daily tasks to ensure the smooth operational running of each campaign, within agreed SLAs and budgets
  • Work alongside the Client Programme Team and Commercial Account Management team and provide support where required

You will need to be able to:

  • Identify new opportunities for existing clients and make recommendations
  • Analyze and review your reporting and highlight any patterns or concerns
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to achieve the best possible solutions
  • Supportive of all team members to ensure consistent delivery across the team
  • Financial control - Ensure client invoices are raised promptly, accurately and consistent with client requirements
