As a Client Services Executive, you are the primary commercial lead for your client allocation to retain and grow the base through building stronger partnerships with the buyers and engaging with key stakeholders of influence

The successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for the retention of their client base and seeking opportunities for growth through upsell and cross sell activity.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference to buyers across the HR community in a challenging climate to attract, retain and support talent through the partnership with Sodexo adding value to their employee’s experiences.

THE PERSON

  • Commercial acumen (Lead generation skills, overcoming objections, pipeline management)
  • Driven, leads by example, proactive, and positive
  • Team player, ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Pragmatic and methodical in approaching processes
  • Good Microsoft application skills and knowledge i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills
  • Driving license desirable
  • Sales Force experience highly desirable
