THE JOB

A Sodexo BRS UK Customer Success Lead will engage with our clients to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing management of our integrated employee experience platform – supporting adoption and demonstrating its ongoing value.

This critical role is focused on supporting new clients in their onboarding journey by engaging with HR teams in the launch, and driving ongoing adoption.

Your success will be measured by the loyalty of the client (retention), the profitability of the account (efficiency) and the engagement levels of the programme (number of active users and activity levels).

In addition, the Customer Success Leads works with the rest of the Sodexo BRS UK organisation to uncover and feedback new ways to improve our product.

  • Enable successful roll-out and management of the integrated employee experience platform through client engagement and applying expertise.
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with clients about their adoption trends, sentiment, and data analysis opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Sodexo BRS UK advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Manage resources across the business as needed to support clients’ needs.
  • Act as the voice of the client to support the businesses strategic and tactical goals.
  • The Customer Success Leads will be part of our testing group for the ongoing development of our product and have the chance to input into future functionality releases.
  • Be commercially aware and ensure that the service delivered is in line with contracted product stack.
  • A partnership approach with the Commercial team – you should identify growth opportunities during client interactions and based on platform usage.

THE PERSON

Above all, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes our relaxed and agile culture.

  • Extensive experience in a Relationship Management, Account Management or similar role
  • Proactive interest in the development of Customer Success
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Experience of building and maintaining strong professional relationships internally and externally
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills focused on working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Customer oriented – meets and exceeds expectations
  • Demonstrates high degree of commercial awareness
  • Multi-tasker
  • Competent and confident with use and configuration of technology platforms

We’d also like to see

  • Experience working with SME or Large customers
  • Experience working in a SAAS model environment
