THE JOB

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Account Management, the Client Services Manager will be a key player in the development of new revenue opportunities from our existing client portfolio, as well as the retention of our customers.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to develop additional sources of income, promoting and cross selling a wide variety of Sodexo Engage Products as well as additional services from a large network of trusted 3rd party suppliers

THE PERSON

In short, we are looking for a top-notch individual to join our Client Services within the Commercial Team.

Ideally, you will be a new business specialist who is looking to develop your career with the leading light in the Benefits and Rewards industry.

We expect the ideal candidate to possess the following experience and skills:

  •  Minimum of 2 years previous sales/account development experience
  • A strong and demonstrable track record in retaining clients and growing account portfolios
  • A proven track record in overachieving retention, prospecting and sales targets
  • Strong business acumen
  • Target focused; client orientated
  • Driven, leads by example
  • Proactive and positive
  • Team player, ability to build and manage senior relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

We’d also like to see, but not imperative:

  • Experience of utilising Salesforce
  • Benefit, Reward and Recognition Industry experience or similar 

LOCATION

This is a field-based role working ‘on patch’ so we would welcome candidates from the London and South East areas.
