Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and working closely with the CEO, you will have responsibility for the communications strategy and branding alignment internally and externally with all stakeholder groups including customers, consumers, merchants, colleagues, other Sodexo Group companies and the media.

You will develop and lead on campaigns to improve brand equity, market position and reputation. This will demand close liaison with other people and teams across Sodexo - in the UK and internationally, and in their B2B & B2C markets - to ensure the context, relevance, efficacy and consistency of brand and communications for the company.

You will also lead on internal communications, strategically and operationally, in support of ongoing day-to-day business, various ad hoc projects, and a company-wide transformation programme that will enhance yet further the market leading position Sodexo BRS UK already enjoys.

  • Professional qualification (CIM preferred)
