This role involves ensuring the operational end to end practices, processes and policies for the end to end employee life cycle are embedded in day to day HR interactions, presenting knowledge, advised and skilled interpretation to ensure consistency aligned to business needs. It requires partnering with the business functional leaders to drive and deliver HR solutions aligned to BAU and transformation activity. There will be the requirement to support organisation effectiveness by developing, validating and implementing solutions aligned to strategy.

Expanding leadership awareness of HR processes and systems to strengthen people management is a vital part of the role. The job holder will also need to ensure the mechanics of HR work to deliver efficiency and effectiveness for the teams. They will ensure that policies, procedures and practices designed to support the employee life cycle are effectively and consistency implemented to enhance the employee experience.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of operating in a HRBP model with full understanding of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations. They will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and CIPD qualified. They will possess strong analytical skills, professional and commercial acumen, with strong senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills.
The person will have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and strong facilitation and coaching skills. They will be proactive in the management of people centric data, interpreting and utilising data to support HR initiatives and practices. We'd also like to see someone well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure.
