THE JOB

As Partnerships Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing our network of retailer and affiliate partners.

The role is diverse and incredibly rewarding, developing new partnerships with key high street and online retailers to ensure we provide our end users with access to the most engaging offers in the industry.

Business development experience and a consultative approach are essential to succeed in this role. Given you will be managing the full sales cycle, form initial contact through to the onboarding of new retailer offers.

  • To sign up new business partners and affiliates which in accordance with the strategic plan of the business
  • Regularly benchmark the rates obtained with other offers available on the market to the end-user, to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of our offer
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners & clients/consumers through analysis of information contained in our database (and externally): who they are, where they are, what their needs are, what do we need to do to improve
  • Ensure corporate compliance regarding affiliate contracts and the on-going maintenance of said contracts
  • Introduce Sodexo Engage & our offerings to all potential partners and affiliates
  • Ensure agreed targets are met in relation to data management as well as personal outbound activity

THE PERSON

The right candidate will need to be well organised, a strong communicator, highly motivated and most importantly, client-focussed. Happy and confident to work using their own initiative and as a part of a team with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Partner and/or affiliate offer recruitment and development experience (desirable)
  • Business development experience crucial
  • Team player, ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Pragmatic and methodical in approaching processes
  • Good Microsoft application skills and knowledge i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills
