THE JOB

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our network of existing merchants and partners.

The role is diverse and incredibly rewarding, working in partnership with key high street and online retailers to ensure we are driving awareness and take up of their offers across our many and varied benefits and rewards programmes. Alongside providing our end users with access to the most engaging set of offers in the industry. Account management, reporting, development and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this role.

  • Prospect, propose and sell Sodexo to new potential merchant brands for Rewards, Employee Benefits, Recognition and Spree
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales KPIs
  • Drive and create additional new offers from the merchant network
  • Be responsible for all contract discussion, management and review in line with segmentation at both annual and seasonal intervals
  • To up sell marketing packages to create additional revenue streams to Sodexo BRS UK
  • Create cross sell opportunities for the Sodexo BRS UK products into the merchant network
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to provide insight and analytics to partners to demonstrate frequency, spend levels and trends to further enhance Sodexo as a core partner for the merchants
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and grow opportunities

THE PERSON

The right candidate will need to be well organised, a strong communicator, highly motivated and most importantly, client-focussed. Happy and confident to work using their own initiative and as a part of a team with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Partner and/or affiliate offer recruitment and development experience (desirable)
  • Account management and account development experience key
  • Team player, ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Pragmatic and methodical in approaching processes
  • Good Microsoft application skills and knowledge i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills
