THE JOB

Our IS&T team is responsible for providing clients and team members with high quality relevant technology, customised systems and superior service and support to ensure our business needs are always met.

This is an ever changing and exciting area to work in as we constantly look for new and innovative ways to provide the most effective solutions to the business.

This role is to join a multi-functional team working to deliver significant IT and business change projects within our organisation.

The PMO Co-ordinator will support the implementation and smooth running of the Change Management Process, a consistent approach for the submission, receipt, assessment, prioritisation, planning and delivery of business submitted change requests in alignment with Sodexo's Strategic Initiatives.

THE PERSON

  • Proven background in successful support of change and projects

  • Experience of change assessment processes and reporting
  • Focused on simplification and standardisation – driving efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and guide others in new processes and approaches.
