City of Lincoln Council are responsible for managing and delivering all the cities public services, with a diverse workforce made up of over 600 employees.
Lincoln wanted to review their existing benefits package in order to improve their employees' overall experience but also to support their Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. In response to their needs, we provided the City of Lincoln council with a brand-new benefits portal alongside which hosted an extensive range of employee benefits to help salaries stretch further and support better lifestyle choices.
