BRINGING BUSINESS TOGETHER

In our many years spent bringing people and business together, we’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible clients who have consistently pushed us to get better at what we do. We’re really proud of what we’ve helped businesses to achieve – and the huge impacts we can have upon the lives of millions of people across the UK when we work together.

Our approach is a simple one – we put people first. Whatever our clients’ goals, we approach them from the perspective of increasing their employee wellbeing & performance.

Jagex-Staff-Rewards

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?

Previously Jagex had given their staff Amazon e-voucher codes on their birthday. But they were now looking to offer a reward that provided more choice and flexibility. They also wanted to treat their staff for not just birthdays but weddings, babies and spot celebrations.

WHAT WE DID

We provided Jagex with e-voucher cheques that were sent out within a personalised branded e-shot, with four different designs for each occasion. Jagex sends us a list of birthdays and upcoming special events every month and we manage the whole process from then on.

On each celebration, a bespoke message is automatically sent to the employee, containing best wishes and rewarding them with an e-voucher cheque. The employee clicks on a link and enters their personal cheque and validation number, which is included within the e-shot. The employee can then choose their preferred vouchers from over 45 different high street stores. The chosen vouchers are then sent directly to the employee.
