Suffolk County Council employs approximately 5,500 people, but with their staff scattered all over the county they wanted to develop their Employee Benefits programme to better reach and engage their disparate workforce.

In response to their needs, we provided Suffolk with a wide range of employee benefit and reward solutions to improve their overall offering but also to demonstrate a clear focus on supporting wellbeing.
