THE JOB

As Operations & Customer Experience Order Processing Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing orders and data, regardless of service or programme within agreed Client SLA’s. You will also support our Customer Care team in dealing with enquiries specifically related to the Order Processing & Data Entry function.

As part of the Sodexo Operations and Customer Experience team, you will be one of the last touch points of service delivery both internally and externally. The team work hard to ensure that their work is delivered on time, every time.
