THE JOB

As Account Executive, you’ll be primarily supporting the Account Managers in the day to day running of a range of incentive and recognition and employee benefit accounts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing the highest possible level of service and delivery to our clients across a range of Incentive, Recognition, Employee Benefits and Spree prepaid card accounts
  • Take ownership of core functions by organising daily tasks to ensure the smooth operational running of each account, within agreed SLAs and budgets
  • Be proactive in the continuous improvement of all processes and procedures
  • Work alongside the Client Programme Team and Commercial Account Management team to ensure the accounts achieve the highest level of gross profit

You will need to be able to:

  • Identify new opportunities for existing clients and make recommendations
  • Analyse and review your reporting and highlight any patterns or concerns
  • Ensure that detailed work instructions are produced and updated, complying with relevant operating standards
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to achieve the best possible solutions
  • Ensure client invoices are raised promptly, accurately and consistent with client requirements and as agreed within the invoicing schedule
  • Update websites
  • Copywriting and proof reading
  • Attend client meetings and produce contact reports as required
  • Support the Account Team with participant queries; covering inboxes, hotlines, voicemails and any ad hoc tasks as required
  • Build a relationship with your clients
  • Trouble shoot and problem solve

  • Good working knowledge of our systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of I&R and theories of motivation
  • Proactive
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Confident to highlight issues and suggest ways of improvement
  • Good attention to detail, particularly with grammar, spelling and tone of voice
  • Organised and methodical
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Keen to learn

We’d also like to see:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Good phone and email manner
  • Awareness of the Employee Benefits and Incentive & Recognition products
